Human CX3CL1 (Chemokine C-X3-C-Motif Ligand 1) ELISA Kit
The Human CX3CL1 Chemokine C-X3-C Motif Ligand-1 ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of CX3CL1 levels in human biological samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.CX3CL1, also known as fractalkine, is a unique chemokine that exists in both soluble and membrane-bound forms. It plays a crucial role in immune responses, inflammation, and neuronal communication. Dysregulation of CX3CL1 has been implicated in various diseases, including inflammatory disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer.By accurately measuring CX3CL1 levels, researchers can gain insights into the underlying mechanisms of these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets. The Human CX3CL1 ELISA Kit provides a valuable tool for studying the role of CX3CL1 in health and disease, advancing our understanding of its biological functions and potential clinical applications.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific to the target protein is then added, followed by Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well, resulting in a color change. Only wells containing the target protein, detection antibody, and HRP conjugate will develop a blue color. The reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution, resulting in a yellow color. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample and is determined using a standard curve.
